  Right, had enough of time trialling for one year so packing it in for 2012.

  Well, two out of three will do in the circumstances:

VTTA 10 - punctured. Kings Lynn CC 25 1:00:14, 10th

  Going slightly better.  Still haven’t really ‘trained’ this week, just been out on a series of long (3-4 hour) recovery rides averaging a HR of 100-110 ish.

Major dip in form continues...

  Carried on feeling a bit crappy this week.
