  Nice ride out today.  3 hour fat-burning bimble up the coast (Av HR 116).....

  Got on the scales this morning.  80kg dead!!  (12st 6 in old money).  Blimey that's 5 and a bit kgs off in about 3 weeks!  Aren't half hungry all the time though.....

  Next stop 75kgs.....
