Didn’t bother with the Thursday time trial –
absolutely shattered.....
Had a few days off,
it’s been a very busy and stressful week.
On the turbo tonight though – loaded up with
half a packet of ginger nuts and spanked out a fantastic hour long threshold
session. The right sort of calories and
a bit of rest has worked wonders!
I still need to lose quite a lot of weight
but might experiment with a bit of Ginger Nut supplementation to keep the fuel
stores topped up so I can train properly.
I'll try and find a local club TT somewhere at the weekend, failing that I'll go out and spank meself in a 'private trial' on the Somerleyton 25 course or something...
